  Hi Nadine. I just want to say thank you to you and your team for all your help in making Christy and Ross's wedding day so lovely. Everyone had a brilliant day and everything just went so smoothly thanks to all the work you and your team did from start to finish. It was hard to know what to expect as booking a wedding abroad means you are putting a lot of faith in the wedding planner but when we met you for the pre wedding meeting you quickly made us all feel comfortable and confident. From the set up on the beach to the set up at the venue it was just perfect. All the guests were really impressed and had a very relaxing and chilled day which is what Christy wanted. I think I was able to be a very chilled out Mother of the Bride all day too. In my opinion it was definitely a great decision to choose to get married in Tenerife and I would have no hesitation recommending My Perfect Wedding to anyone.

  As soon as we done that, we started to plan decoration plans and ect. It was frustrating as prices for this changed few times and I couldn't understand how to decorate it. I didn't want to spend a lot of money for the Church decoration as we will be there just 30 min. Planner sent me some photos so I can choose a right decoration. I did, I sent her photo back and we decided to have it. I've got invoice to pay amount of money to this decoration and we were done with this. And then sadly few days before our departure to Tenerife she sent me an email and said that we must decorate Church with minimum of 250 eur. I was shocked but it's either you do it or you loose your wedding probably so we paid. I expected Church to be super nicely decorated if I paid more money but it wasn't... This is the reason I write this review because it took me down that moment I went to the Church on my wedding moment and I saw this is nothing how I thought it will be. It was nothing like on the picture I picked and we discussed on the email. After she sent me an email that priest didn't let her do this. I am sorry but what kind of planner are you if you didn't double check it before you confirm it to me and even asked to pay extra money? Or you could tell us as soon as priest told you it is not possible and we could change plans.

  My biggest mistake was - I sent a big deposit (1000eur.) because I trusted too much I guess and I wanted everything to be done smoothly.

  Now I think Nadine takes too many couples. This is why quality is very poor. First of all - VERY long replies. For one message (which means a lot for the couple to figure everything out) it use to take up to 2-3 weeks. The less time was left to the wedding, more time for the reply we needed to wait. This use to kill me. I didn't want to be the person which writes and writes emails but sometimes I use to send more emails because some questions were very important to us. Planner just told us she is busy.

  Decided not to go ahead with Nadine as o felt she was very oberpriced, weding didnt look that great and she took way to long to respond to emails.

  Absolutely amazing. I went to my friend James's wedding on saturday and everything was perfectly organised. 100% recommended. The staff was very polite and friendly to us.

  I'm not very fussy but I just wanted my wedding to be calm, romantic, beautiful. This is why I have chosen Tenerife. My choice to have this planner was because of reviews and beautiful pictures she uploaded to her website and sent to me after the first email. She also seem helpful & friendly as a wedding planner.

  After ceremony, while we were talking with our guests, she brought all these flowers to another Church for the different ceremony in front of us!!!! I should maybe tell her something but I didn't because I felt awful already so I didn't want to destroy my day. This was not about money, it was about feelings your special day.

  We decided to have just a Church Wedding ceremony so we needed just this assistance. We had some issues with papers and documents, planner helped us to figure it out and final decision was to buy new flight tickets and to sort documents there.
